100% Jacquère afkomstig van 3 verschillende gaarden rondom het dorp Apremont van  stokken 60-70 jaar oud. In het glas een terroirgedreven en levendige wijn. In de wijngaard: 100% Jacquère afkomstig van 3 verschillende gaarden rondom het dorp Apremont van  stokken 60-70 jaar oud. Gaarden gelegen op 450 meter hoogte. Terroir van leisteen en kalksteen. Volledig biodynamische landbouw.
In de wijnkelder: Spontane vergisting, 1/3 op nieuw barrique, 2/3 op inox. 8 maanden rijping, lichte filtratie voor het bottelen. Zonder toevoeging van sulfiet.
