Deze bodega kiest niet voor de bulk, wat je overigens wel veel ziet in de regio. Maar bij Attis kiezen ze voor een biodynamische aanpak met respect voor de natuur

Bodega Attis is gelegen in de regio Salnes Rias Baixas. Dit noordelijke gebied staat bekend om zijn Albariño! Hier groeien de druiven op de zanderige bodems en profiteren ze van invloed vanuit de  Atlantische Oceaan op de warmere dagen, met als gevolg een langzamere rijping. Deze bodega kiest niet voor de bulk, wat je overigens wel veel ziet in de regio. Maar bij Attis kiezen ze voor een biodynamische aanpak met respect voor de natuur en veel uren in de wijngaard. Omdat het hier 2 keer zoveel regent als in Nederland is het een zeer lastig verhaal om hier de toch ietwat eigenwijze druif te helpen groeien naar een volwaardige wijn, maar samen met Jean Herve Renard, een oenoloog uit Frankrijk, hebben ze het heel erg goed voor elkaar!

Zeer zuivere wijn fris met veel mineralen en een enorme lengte, een top wijn uit een prachtige regio. Ook beschikbaar op Magnum 2021
