Net als bij andere modellen van Hearty Rise is ook de Hearty Rise Zander Force II voorzien van het Net-V III carbon materiaal. Hierdoor is de hengel licht en erg gevoelig. De werpende visser zal hierdoor minder aanbeten missen door het gebrek aan gevoel. De RVS geleideogen zijn gemaakt door Fuji en voorzien van SiC geleideringen. Het K-type zorgt ervoor dat de lijn niet om de ogen kan slaan bij onvoorzichtig werpen.
