Het is eenvoudiger om de kracht vanuit innerlijke wijsheid en intuïtie te gebruiken, in het bijzonder bij spanningsvolle situaties zoals stress, overbelasting, geldgebrek of relatieproblemen. Ervaringen, kennis en gedragingen, kunnen in een nieuw kader geplaatst worden. De essence helpt de gave van gevoeligheid te versterken. Het lukt beter je te verplaatsen in anderen, bijvoorbeeld aan te voelen wat er aan de hand is, en tegelijkertijd verbonden te blijven met de Innerlijke Wijsheid en de benodigde afstand te behouden. Oefening bij het thema
Ga losjes rechtop staan, de knieën licht gebogen, de voeten op ongeveer schouderbreedte uit elkaar. Adem enkele keren diep in. Stel je nu voor dat je door nevel omgeven bent. Voor je stijgt de grond wat, en je weet, dat je voor een berg staat, waarvan de top tot in de nevel reikt. Begin nu de berg te bestijgen- je kunt daarbij je benen bewegen alsof je de berg bestijgt. Hoe hoger je komt, deste lichter wordt de nevel, tot je uiteindelijk door het wolkendek heen gaat en een heldere blik kunt werpen op de wijde blauwe hemel. Adem enkele malen de helderheid van de lucht in en vraag de energie van Maha Chohan, de helderheid in jou te stabiliseren.

Sole separation

I really dont like to write reviews, let alone a negative one. Have had the shoe 1 month and the out sole on both shoes are peeling up. Normally we have had great success with saucony shoes for my boys. But this one we haven't had good luck. I have been super gluing the soles back down everything they peal up. Hopefully this is just a 1 off incident. Both side of one shoe and a large chunk of the heal on the other. You can see the glue marks and separation in pictures.

No tying necessary

I ordered a kids size 1 for my child, and so far, I’ve been really happy with these shoes.
Here’s what I like:
✅ Stylish design and comfortable fit. My daughter loves wearing these.
✅ They don’t show scuffs or scratches easily.
✅ The color is what I expected from the item pictures and it’s really cute.
✅ The Velcro straps make these easy to get off and put on.
✅ There’s a piece of Velcro on the tongue to help keep it in place. Really smart.
✅ The seams have not pulled apart and overall, these seem to be really well made.
They have offered good support for my child’s feet, and a shoe that my child can put on by themselves is a win for me!

Durable girls sneakers

These Saucony girls sneakers in fuchsia are great. The design and coloring are fun and vibrant and the cushioning on the insole is good with just enough bounce. The material and construction seem durable. The Velcro strap secures in two places so you get a snug fit without the shoe “tongue” moving around.
The sizing seems true to size. Overall these are a very solid, comfortable and functional pair of sneakers. $47, the current price, is about the price for similar products these days.

Great shoes but seem to run bigger than other styles of Saucony
Size: 4 Wide Big Kid, Color: Navy/Pink
We pretty much stick with one or two brands. I have a kiddo with wide feet, who recently wore out her size 3 wides (big kid) in another pair of Saucony shoes, but she was also right at the end of the shoe, so I went with a whole size up. She picked these. The size 4's are enormous, so we had to pick another style in a 3.5w, as these didn't have 1/2 sizes and will hold on to these for fall. I picked up another brand in 4W that actually fit really well now, but they are not as heavy duty as these. I'm hoping the next style in a 3.5 isn't too small. Love these shoes, but the sizing on them feels less and less predictable. Compared to most shoes I have always had to size down in these, but now even between styles in their brand.n
