Ingredienten
Lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, bifidobacterium breve, streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, bifidobacterium longum, inuline vezels, gelatine (capsule).

I buy these for get togethers at church. The only thing I don't like is I can't seem to find this brand in larger volume packaging so will continue to buy one or two packages at a time. They hold up well and are easier to dispose of than the plastic plates.
