Ingredienten
Citroenmelisse extract (Melissa officinalis L), suiker, valeriaanextract (Valeriana officinalis L.), vulstoffen (hydroxypropylcellulose, cellulose), antiklontermiddel (vetzuren), glansmiddelen (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, polydextrose), kleurstof (calciumcarbonaat), maiszetmeel, glucosestroop, MCT plantaardige olie (kokos en/of palm in wisselende verhouding).
Gebruik
1 tot 3 tabletten per dag innemen. Slik het tablet in z"n geheel door met bijvoorbeeld water. Valdispert Stress kan regelmatig en gedurende langere tijd gebruikt worden.Het gebruik wordt afgeraden bij kinderen onder de 12 jaar, zwangerschap of borstvoeding.

I don't know why this watch is getting a less than perfect rating from others. I purchased this watch legit to make sure my son got out of the shower at the gym on time to get where he is going. LOL It is classy, elegant and yes, has been exposed to sweat, water and soap extensively, and still looks fantastic. He is getting the black one next.
