The Camgear TERRA II Pedestal offers you the best of all worlds, the affordability to allow for its use in small production studios while also having enough capacity for full scale broadcast production. With its smooth and precise vertical stroke and 40 kg/88 lbs capacity it can easily handle anything from a PTZ up to and including a prompter, ENG camera with CCU. It is also light enough, at 20 kg/42 lbs plus head, to be easily transportable for OB/EFP use, especially since its standard packaging includes a road ready hard case for transportation. Its highly accurate and readily positioned pressure gauge allows quick and easy set up.

For studio use, the dolly base is supplied with 10 cm/ 3.9 in wheels, with cable guards adjustable between 0.3 cm / 1/8 in to push cables or 5 cm/2 in for positioning or OB use. The Terra II also offers a build/transport lock, so you can easily and securely build up or build down your camera package without having to also manage your column movement, it also secures the column for transport. In short, the TERRA II is the perfect solution for everything from podcasts up to and including full broadcast and OB in a fully featured and affordable package.
