Fresco e armonioso al palato, si svela allassaggio elegante e oltremodo persistente.Intenso ma allo stesso tempo delicato nei sentori olfattivi, profondo ma comunque gentile allassaggio: il Damian, Gewürztraminer dellAlto Adige prodotto dalla cantina Kornell, si dimostra essere un vino adatto anche ai palati più delicati ed esigenti. Fermenta in acciaio, dove successivamente matura per cinque mesi. Ottimo anche come aperitivo, è perfetto da abbinare alle pietanze che presentano toni sapidi e affumicati.
Perfetto da abbinare al pesce affumicato, è ideale con i tagliolini al salmone e piselli.
