Druivenras/Vinificatie

 

De druivenstokken groeien op zandgronden met graniet. Nummer 12 refereert naar het aantal dagen dat het most gefermenteerd heeft in de roestvrijstalen tanks.

Proefnotitie

 

Strogeel met groene tinten. Medium tot hoge intensiteit met citrus en witte bloemen. (acacia en oranjebloesem) Tropische achtergrond met lychees.
