Deze Tunturi fitnessbal met Anti Burst is ideaal om te gebruiken bij balans-, kracht- en flexibiliteitsoefeningen voor het hele lichaam. Met een gymbal kun je meerdere spiergroepen, zoals je buikspieren en rug, trainen door middel van uitdagende oefeningen. Daarnaast kun je op de balansbal gaan zitten, waardoor je een actieve zithouding aanneemt.

De stevige fitnessbal is opblaasbaar en kan een gewicht tot wel 350 kg dragen. Met de meegeleverde pomp kun je de sterkte van de bal naar wens bepalen. Het Anti Burst-systeem (ABS) helpt voorkomen dat de bal knapt tijdens het trainen. Wel zo veilig!
