Deze wielen zijn gemaakt met roestvrijstalen spaken, die met een verstevigingsoog aan de velg zijn bevestigd. De aluminium velg heeft een hoogte van 21 mm en een binnenbreedte van 25 mm, waardoor banden met een doorsnede van 2 tot 2,5 inch kunnen worden gemonteerd. De gesmede aluminium naven zijn voorzien van MICHE lagers voor een soepele, duurzame rotatie. 

In deze tubeless versie worden de XM45 wielen geleverd met een high-strength kit om ervoor te zorgen dat de velg waterdicht is.
