AquaPlan Black Foundations is een universele coating op basis van bitumen, oplosmiddelen en aanhechtingsstoffen voor het waterdicht maken langs de buitenzijde van alle ingegraven materialen uit steen, beton, hout en metaal zoals funderingen, muren, sokkels, palen ... die met grond in aanraking komen. Het vormt na droging een taaie, elastische, naadloze, vochtwerende bekleding die alle poriën en microscheuren dicht. Het behandelde oppervlak wordt zo doeltreffend beschermd tegen agressieve invloeden van het grondwater zoals humus, zoutoplossingen, verdunde organische zuren en alkaliën. Kan zowel in de zomer als de winter verwerkt worden.
Black Foundations is te gebruiken voor alle soorten ingegraven oppervlakken bestaande uit steen, beton, hout en metaal zoals constructiesokkels (bv. tuinhuisjes, .), convectorputten, septische putten, vergaarbakken, rioolbuizen, tuinpalen, reservoirs, afwateringsgoten .
