Volwassenen en kinderen vanaf 6 jaar:1 tablet per dag te slikken tijdens het ontbijt met een groot glas water.Voor volwassenen kan de dagelijkse dosis worden verhoogd tot twee tabletten (1 tablet 's morgens en 1 tablet 's avonds), in geval van vermoeidheid, nervositeit of verhoogde stress.Niet aanbevolen voor mensen die gevoelig zijn voor jodium.

My kids love this book

Greg Pizzoli's wonderful book, The Watermelon Seed, is a delight for children and adults alike! The whimsical illustrations he creates, keep children glued to each page. It is fun and enjoyable to read over and over again with a child that just has to have it read every single night to them. The story is sweet, simple and meaningful.
