Meer Informatie
De fermentatie vindt plaats in RVS tanks bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 28°C tot 30°C. De wijn vergist gedurende 3 weken, terwijl hij ondertussen rondgepompt wordt om zo het fruit en de kleur te ontwikkelen. Hij rijpt minimaal 16 maanden in hybride houten vaten, waarna nog 24 maanden in de fles.
De wijn heeft een diepe granaat rode kleur. In de neus aroma's van rood fruit samen met tonen van vanille en specerijen. In de mond is het een volle wijn, vlezig en met veel structuur.
Deze Reserva gaat perfect samen met stoofschotels, kruidige gerechten, groente en oude kazen.
