De Bionic Tech V3 Protection Jacket is voorzien van ultralichtgewicht, afneembare zwevende Level 2 en UKCA Polyhedron Hybrid Technology borst- en rugbeschermers en Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro schouder- en elleboogbeschermers ingebed in een zeer ademende, race-bewezen stretch mesh basislaag, om rijders onovertroffen niveaus van ventilatie en superieure bescherming van het bovenlichaam tegen schokken te bieden.

Zowel de borst- als rugbeschermers met twee zones hebben een stijve centrale zone met een flexibele zachte samenstelling rond de omtrek en worden ondersteund door een zachte bioschuimvulling. Op de borstbeschermer werken de flexibele en zachte zijvleugels in combinatie met de bio-foam padding als een adaptief systeem dat zich naar de borst vormt. De centrale zone van de borst- en rugbeschermers direct achter het sterk geperforeerde impactrooster zijn volledig open om maximale ventilatie mogelijk te maken.

De borst- en rugbeschermers worden stevig op hun plaats gehouden via verstelbare schouderbanden. De verwijderbare borstbeschermer heeft een gemakkelijk aan en uit te trekken ontwerp en is voorzien van een magnetische, snelsluitingsgesp op de linkerschouder, terwijl de onderste bevestiging wordt bediend via de verstelbare V-riemen die door de geventileerde ribbeschermers lopen. De V-vorm verdeelt de aanhaalkracht over een groter deel van de rugbeschermer, wat resulteert in een veiligere en comfortabelere pasvorm. De ribbeschermers bieden extra bedekking op kritieke plaatsen.
