Het gebruik is eenvoudig: strooi de zaden in de pot, voeg lauw warm water toe, spoel twee tot drie keer per dag en laat de potten in het rek staan bij ongeveer 20°C. Laat de kiemgroente groeien tot ze klaar zijn om te oogsten. Gebruik ze in een salade of lekker op je broodje gezond!
