Al naso offre un ventaglio di frutti rossi maturi, spezie fini, tabacco, note mentolate e balsamiche, a cui segue un sorso elegante e raffinato, dalla delicata trama tannica e di buona struttura.Il Brunello di Montalcino DOCG di Terre Nere Montalcino nasce da uve sangiovese in purezza raccolte a mano da piante di oltre 20 anni, coltivate in regime biologico su terreno di galestro, nel comune di Castelnuovo dell’Abate. Dopo la vinificazione in tini d’acciaio il vino matura per 36 mesi in botti grandi di rovere di Slavonia di diverse dimensioni, per poi affinare in bottiglia per altri 6 mesi. Si ottiene così un rosso elegante e raffinato, dal gradevole aroma fruttato, caratterizzato da ottima longevità.
Da abbinare con carni rosse, pollame nobile, formaggi stagionati e primi piatti saporiti.

Chaotic Table of Contents, Chapters and pages in TOC are incorrect
Format: Paperback
I just opened it and the Table of Contents is "Chaos." The Chapters and pages in the Table of Contents (TOC) do not reflect the actual chapters and pages in the book. For example, TOC shows Chapter 8 in page 94. But if you turn to page 94, it is the second page of Chapter 9. Will continue to update this review when I start to read the book. For now, it is a "1" for the Table of Contents.
