Deze culinaire stijl en verrassende assemblage van Grenache Gris en Viognier laat zich graag proeven bij gerookte zalm, papillot van vis, visstoofpotjes en vegetarische gerechten met een kruidig karakter.

Klimaat
De Cevennen beschikken over een Mediterraan klimaat (warme, droge zomers en milde winters) dat in de tussenseizoenen sterk beïnvloed wordt door afkoelende winden uit het noorden en door regens en koelte die vanuit de Pyreneeën komen. Er kan op korte tijd dan ook soms erg veel neerslag vallen. Deze temperatuur- schommelingen (ook tijdens de nacht) garanderen een langere en betere rijping van de druiven.

Ondergrond
Het massief van de Cevennen is een van de laatste uitlopers van het Centraal Massief en wordt vooral gedomineerd door kalkrijke gronden met klei en keien.

Vinificatie
Grenache Gris en Viognier worden apart geplukt en geperst waarna de Viognier een klassieke fermentatie krijgt als witte wijn en Grenache Gris een vrij lange koude maceratie op de pelletjes krijgt in inox vaten. Daarna worden de wijnen geassembleerd en rust de wijn verder op inox waarbij een klein deel op houten vaten rijpt. Achteraf worden de wijnen terug samen gevoegd en gebotteld.

There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
