De wijn onderging 7 dagen gisting op schil bij 26oC, gevolgd door volledige malolactische gisting en ongeveer 12 maanden

De wijn onderging 7 dagen gisting op schil bij 26oC, gevolgd door volledige malolactische gisting en ongeveer 12 maanden rijping in Franse eiken vaten.
De winter voorafgaand aan de oogst van 2016 begon met een zware sneeuwstorm die de wijnstokken van de meest koude omstandigheden voorzag. Gedurende de rest van de winter viel er weinig neerslag. Begin mei compenseerde een regenbui het gebrek aan neerslag, waardoor de wijnstok in vochtige grond kon worden opgewekt. De rest van het seizoen was het weer gematigd, zelfs koeler dan gemiddeld, zonder extreme omstandigheden. Het fruit rijpte gelijkmatig en de oogst was van zeer hoge kwaliteit.

Excellent comforter for tropical climate

After moving from a colder state to Hawaii, we needed a cooler comforter for our bed. This one works like a charm! It's cozy and comfortable to sleep in for our climate, substantial enough that it feels like a proper comforter and not just another sheet. It has noticeably reduced sweating. We weren't quite sure about the grid-type pattern when we ordered it, but it looks great in place. It is a little short on the sides, but that hasn't been a problem.

The best comforter I've ever had. Like being wrapped in clouds.

I've been suffering for a long time with night sweats due to menopause and have been experiencing insomnia. Even in winter, I sleep with a fan on. I would wake up several times during the night, alternating between feeling cold from being uncovered and hot from being under the duvet. Well, after much research on Amazon, I decided on this product, and it was the best decision I've ever made. I have no words to describe the comfort, the softness of the fabric, and how cool it keeps me. It's thin, but it's cozy and doesn't slip on the bed. Tonight I wasn't fighting a battle in my bed.It really is exactly as described in the product description. I slept without feeling hot and didn't even turn on the fan (my house's heating system wasn't on). I highly recommend it, especially for women going through menopause. It's worth every penny. I think I'll even buy another one in a different color...

Yeesss...
Such a lovely soft lavender! Cooling and soft and wonderful. I sleep hot and have night sweats (post menopause is a witch!), but this little comforter kept me cool and dry.
I did notice that it wasn't effective with a top sheet underneath it. You really need it to be directly on the skin for the cooling effect. Besides this (and the price) I have no regrets. Will definitely buy again, if it goes on sale.
