Si presenta al calice di un bel rosso rubino intenso. Allolfattiva si apre con ricordi di uva passa e di frutta rossa surmatura, che sono arricchiti da richiami al cuoio, ai sigari, alla liquirizia e alle violette essiccate. Lassaggio è avvolgente e armonico, denso e consistente. Di ottima lunghezza la persistenza.È uno splendido Ripasso Superiore della Valpolicella, proposto da un produttore come pochi se ne incontrano. Il Ca del Laito, di Tommaso Bussola, dopo la fermentazione viene ripassato sulle vinacce dellAmarone per una settimana. Matura 36 mesi in botti di legno e si affina tre mesi in bottiglia. Dal calice conquista allistante, narici e palato, svelandosi in tutta la sua avvolgente eleganza. Armonico e profondo, è concentrato, morbido e irresistibilmente piacevole in tutte le sue componenti.
Ottimo con i formaggi stagionati, è da provare con la faraona al mascarpone.

Just what we needed

My lab loves t

This toy is my labs favorite toy. She’s obsessed and we were happy to find a toy she loves that can stay inside with us. The problem is how easily she tears it apart. We have to buy her a new one every month because when she bites into it it breaks down the foam inside, and from there she shreds the roping it’s covered in. We try to stop her, but with how often we play with it it’s inevitable. We have resigned ourselves to buying a new one once a month.

Not Chuck-It Durable

Sadly only lasted an hour.
My dog likes to pull apart toys over the course of a few months, with the exception of Chuck-It toys. They usually never get destroyed by him. I think its a good product but if you are looking for the durability like other toys from Chuck It - just wanted to share this is not the toy for you! Made him happy so not regretful of buying it, just wish it lasted longer. Here is him posing with it after he took bites of it like it was an apple.
