Vinificato in rosso, con macerazione delle bucce

Al palato l'effervescenza acuisce la freschezza e il vino si presenta succoso e di buona persistenza.L'Emilia Lambrusco Frizzante IGT "Neromaestri" di Quarticello deve il suo nome non solo alla varietà di uva da cui nasce ma anche a Nerino “Nero” Maestri, nonno dell'attuale proprietario dell'azienda. Vinificato in rosso, con macerazione delle bucce per 6-8 giorni e rifermentato poi in bottiglia, è un vino appagante e di facile beva, da cui lasciarsi placidamente conquistare.
Ottimo in abbinamento a un tagliere di salumi emiliani, si sposa bene anche con la pizza.
