en Hildegard Witbooi als wijngaarddeskundige. De farm is sinds
enkele jaren biologisch en ambachtelijk, veel wordt nog echt met de hand gedaan!

Zoals de naam “Bunches Broken” al doet vermoeden worden de druiven hier aan de stok “ingedroogd” door de tak naar de tros te kneuzen , dit gebeurt ongeveer twee weken voor de oogst. Zo concentreer je de smaak, suikers en zuren maar behoud je de frisheid. Het sap fermenteert in houten vaten en rijpt 22 maanden op eiken.

Een zwoele wijn met mooi rijp zwart fruit, zoete kersen en een toets van chocolade . Enorme lengte in de afdronk , een wijn die een beetje doet denken aan een goede Amarone! Karafferen aanbevolen!

There is no phone number for customers to call on Villands website. I wrote twice asking about the order and heard nothing back. The tracking number provided did not work until about three days prior to delivery. I was honestly surprised when it showed up in the mail. I thought the money was gone and no hat was ever giong to arrive. No idea where it was shipped from but assuming over seas somewhere. My recommendation is to purchase via Amazon and NOT FROM Villand directly.
