Gebruik
2 à 4 keer per week aanbrengen afhankelijk van het gewenste resultaat. Gelijkmatig aanbrengen door het uit te smeren bij de haarlijn rondom de wenkbrauwen bij de enkels knieën en ellebogen. Niet in de buurt van de ogen aanbrengen. Na gebruik de handen goed wassen.

It does take a bit longer to get me to sleep, but once asleep, your asleep. Highly recommend, once I finish this bottle, I'd get the 2mg tr next time, as a lower dose works better for me.
