De kwaliteit van onze keramische vuurring

Onze vuurringen zijn gemaakt van cordieriet keramiek. Cordieriet maakt het keramiek harder en beter bestand tegen hitte en temperatuurswisselingen, zodat deze langer mee gaat. Mocht je toch een ongelukje hebben met je vuurring, geen nood, we hebben ze in 5 maten!

De juiste maat van je vuurring bepalen

Het handigst is om de afmetingen van je originele vuurring op te meten. Is dit niet meer mogelijk, dan is het belangrijk om de buitendiameter van de bovenzijde van je vuurschaal op te meten. Deze moet ongeveer gelijk zijn aan de buitendiameter onderzijde van de vuurring (32,5 cm). Meet vervolgens 8,5 cm boven de vuurschaal de binnenkant van je kamado op. De buitendiameter van de bovenzijde (34 cm) moet daar ruim inpassen. Houd als leidraad aan dat tussen de ring en de wand van de kamado rondom een vingerbreedte ruimte zit (ook handig met het plaatsen van de ring.
