La fermentazione svolta in acciaio ed seguita da una maturazione in botti di rovere per 8 mesi. Si tratta del vino dedicato a Niccol Sergardi, Supremo Magistrato
Rubino con riflessi granato alla vista. Intenso al naso dove esprime sensazioni di frutti rossi, fiori e delicate note speziate. Bocca corposa ed elegante, dotata di buona persistenza.Nasce da uve sangiovese coltivate nella Tenuta I Colli, di proprietà della famiglia Bindi Sergardi da secoli. La fermentazione è svolta in acciaio ed è seguita da una maturazione in botti di rovere per 8 mesi. Si tratta del vino dedicato a Niccolò Sergardi, Supremo Magistrato della città di Siena nel 1530, detto "Ser Gardo”. Un’ottima espressione di Sangiovese, elegante e potente.
Da abbinare a carni bianche e rosse, selvaggina, formaggi a media stagionatura e ricette della cucina mediterranea.

Broke upon second use

The umbrella never really opened right. I wasn't sure what the problem was, but today it's completely broken. The crank (which was installed incorrectly to begin with) doesn't do anything. I've only used it a couple of times, and I'm 2 days passed the return window. Very disappointing. It is nice looking though.
