Pago de Cirsus Seleccionada Navarra Vendimia komt uit het zonnige Spanje, uit de beroemde wijnregio Navarra in het noordelijke deel van het land. Deze rode wijn wordt gemaakt van een doordachte blend van Tempranillo, Merlot en Cabernet Sauvignon, die met de hand geoogst worden op de wijngaarden rond de Pago de Cirsus‑bodega. Na fermentatie rijpt de wijn 12 maanden in Franse eiken vaten, wat zorgt voor meer complexiteit en diepte in de smaak.

In het glas onthult deze Pago de Cirsus een intense rode kleur met rijke geuren van rijp rood fruit zoals pruimen en bramen, subtiel aangevuld met tonen van cederhout en een hint van vanille door de eikenlagering. De smaak is fruitig en soepel, met een aangename kruidigheid en een lange, evenwichtige afdronk.

Pago de Cirsus is een karaktervol wijnhuis gelegen op het landgoed Finca Bolandín in Navarra (Spanje), waar alles van druif tot fles met zorg gebeurt. De eigenaar, Iñaki Núñez, kocht deze plek met de droom betaalbare en kwaliteitsvolle wijnen te maken op grote hoogte, waar het klimaat van warme dagen en koele nachten de druiven extra karakter geeft.

Excellent wrist rest, BUT not for me
I'm rating this wrist rest 5 stars despite the fact that it's not for me. The reason that it is not for me is simple: My palms get very sweaty, and this makes my palms stick to the wrist rest, making it hard to move my hands around. This is an inherent limitation of the fact that it is made out of wood, and drove me to the 17" x 4" x 0.75" foam wrist rest from Grifiti instead. If you don't have sweaty palms, however, this wrist rest is perfect. It is 4 inches deep instead of the typical 3.1 inches, it is the perfect height and tapered just so for maximum comfort, the wood (Golden Oak color) is beautiful, and the engraved logo is tasteful and non-intrusive.
