Anthony Aubert en Jean Charles Mathieu zijn twee vrienden die besluiten hun krachten te bundelen om wijnen naar hun beeld te vormen: modern en met respect voor het milieu. Deze moderne en toegewijde visie speelt zich af in de beste terroirs van de Languedoc-Roussillon in de buurt van Carcassonne. Deze ambitie van een moderne wijngaard wordt niet alleen gematerialiseerd door de verpakking, maar ook door een sterk ecologisch geweten. Het doel is om hoge kwaliteit wijnen te produceren, maar met het milieu in hun achterhoofd. De nieuwe Kate en Amy wijnen zijn gebaseerd op twee kunstenaars uit het einde van de 19e eeuw. Hun ontmoeting symboliseert ook de ontmoeting tussen de Oude Wereld en de originaliteit van de Nieuwe Wereld van wijnen. Kate d'Aubert en Mathieu is een van hun laatste vondsten. Deze witte variant bestaat uit honderd procent Sauvignon Blanc die geoogst zijn biologische percelen. De bodem bestaat voornamelijk uit kalksteenklei, wat zorgt voor bijzondere eigenschappen. De druiven worden 's nachts geoogst om alle versheid van de druiven te behouden. In de wijnmakerij worden de druiven vervolgens ontsteeld en voorzicht geperst. Daarna vindt de fermentatie in temperatuur gecontroleerde vaten plaats.De expressieve Kate Sauvignon Blanc
Kate Sauvignon Blanc heeft een mooie bleke kleur in het glas. Het is een expressieve wijn die de kenmerken van Sauvignon goed weerspiegelt. Love this frother. It is great quality and the turn speed is amazing. My only issue is this. It comes w 2 wands and they are both singles. The single is great for stirring things up. It does not make a lot of froth and for some things it’s perfect but sometimes I like a lot of froth and I wish it either came w a single and a double or you could purchase a double separately to intermix. I don’t want to buy a whole other unit just for the double. I wrote to them bc the double frother they sell doesn’t look as good as this one but sometimes a girl needs a lot of foam and sometimes th stirring is perfect.

Better than most

This WGT is one of the better ones on the market, but it isn't the best. But then again, the best comes with a hefty price. From the number of WGT's in my arsenal, this ranks right up there with the ones I have or could consider. The holder (magnet) is a little above average. Meaning it will hold the WGT without fear of losing it. It comes with extra needles, which is, if you ever used one, come in handy. It is fully adjustable so you can set the needles to the correct width when stirring the grinds. Small yet practical. The perfect size and shape for starting your coffee out right. This one in particular I use for the finer grinds as the needles can agitate them more effectively. Courser grinds not so much. Come cleaning time, this cleans rather well and simply hanging it back up will facilitate drying. Overall? Good choice for the beginner or professional alike. Solid, well designed, and perfect for almost any coffee use.

Excellent little bugger. I was a little concerned about the size but like everything I’ve bought with the MHW-3Bomber mane on it, it’s built like a tank. The adjustments for the needle angles has this awesome ball-decent click that feels premium. If you’re looking for a small, hand operated WDT tool just but this one. It’s worth every penny. I’ve had a few of the cheap ones and they just move the coffee around. The adjustability on this one fluffs up the coffee very nicely and breaks up the clumps instead of making them.

Excellent tool, convenient and adjustable

This is a great design and a quality product. The angle adjustment for the needles is super helpful, allowing the exact distance needed for any size portafilter. Needles are removable if a less dense pattern is desired, and they are easily replaceable as well (spare needles are also provided)!
The magnetic stand works well, and the magnets have the perfect amount of force to hold it in place but allow easy removal. I was a tiny bit disappointed that the base did not come with any type of rubber or silicone non-skid, and do recommend adding some to the bottom so it doesn't slide around on your countertop.
I highly recommend this item!
