Golden Naturals Multi Mama is speciaal voor vrouwen in de fase voor, tijdens en na de zwangerschap (bij borstvoeding). Bijzondere en belangrijke periodes waarin de gezondheid van de (aanstaande) moeder én het kindje optimale aandacht verdienen. Deze multi vult mogelijke verhoogde behoeften aan met specifieke zorg voor de (ongeboren) baby. Het bevat onder meer een ruime dagdosering ijzer voor het behoud van een goed ijzergehalte in het bloed. Foliumzuur, vitamine B2, B6, B12 en vitamine C helpen bij vermoeidheid. Ter ondersteuning van het immuunsysteem bevat Multi Mama een biologisch actieve vorm van foliumzuur (folaat). De Gezondheidsraad adviseert het gebruik van foliumzuur (folaat) bij kinderwens en zwangerschap.

Bioactieve stoffen voor optimale opname
Voor alle multi’s van Golden Naturals geldt dat ze zeer goed opneembaar zijn door de bioactieve ingrediënten. ‘Bioactief’ betekent dat het lichaam de stof niet eerst hoeft om te zetten: de werkzame stof kan direct zijn werk doen en heeft zo een optimaal rendement. Ook aan het gebruiksgemak is gedacht, zodat je maar op één moment van de dag je multivitaminen hoeft in te nemen. Bovendien bevatten de multi’s vitamine B6 in de vorm van pyridoxaal-5’-fosfaat (P5P). Dit is de bioactieve vorm van B6; het lichaam kan het direct opnemen. Hierdoor is de werkzaamheid optimaal en volstaat een lage dosering.
