Un Sauvignon che vuole raccontare non solo leleganza della tipologia ma anche tutta la grandezza dei migliori bianchi altoatesini. Vinificato in vasche di acciaio e lasciato maturare in parte e per pochi mesi in barrique, è vino che esprime finissime note fruttate, una certa freschezza ed una grande armonia.
