Deze dieren dragen het Keurmerk Echt Wild, omdat ze uit de vrije wildbaan komen en niet zijn bijgevoerd. Echt scharrelvlees dus!

We hebben een makkelijke bereidingswijzer en om een optimaal resultaat te garanderen leveren de hertenrollade met een vleesthermometer (winkelwaarde ca. € 7.50).
