Licht oranje wijn van, jawel, Juhfark, Furmint, Hárslevelű, en Olaszrizling. Spreek dat maar uit aan de familietafel. Vier druiven, kenmerkend voor de Pannonische vlakte. Deels schilmaceratie, deels directe persing, laat het mooiste in deze bijzondere samenstelling naar voren komen. Tesamen zijn ze in balans en toch ligt de focus nog steeds op energie. De maceratie is licht aanwezig op het palet zonder het podium te stelen van onontkomelijke levendigheid van de wijn. Plazma is dan ook het toonbeeld van terroir én van Kolonia 52. Laten we ons graag in meevoeren. 

Slechts een hele kleine oplagen en dus bij deze de regel, één per persoon. Eerlijk delen. 

Land / Streek: Hongarije / Balaton
Druiven: Juhfark, Furmint, Hárslevelű, en Olaszrizling
In de wijngaard: Terroir van basalt met kalkrijke lagen, zand en klei. Druiven van gaarden gelegen op het zuiden. Oogst met de hand. 
In de wijnkelder: Juhfark druiven direct na de oogst geperst terwijl de Furmint, Hárslevelű, en Olaszrizling eerst vier dagen op schil, in open vaten, hebben gelegen. Na de persing zijn de Furmint en de Hárslevelű samen in een 600L vat gemengd, de Furmint in een ander 600L vat en de Olaszrizling in een 400L vat. Alle wijnen rijping sur-lie gedurende 8 maanden. Uiteindelijk zijn alle wijnen 2 dagen voor het bottelen geblend. Ongefilterd, zonder toevoeging van So2.
