OPTIMALE OPTI-LENS COATING

Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is het meest geavanceerde polymeersysteem dat speciaal is ontworpen voor de bescherming van koplamplenzen. Deze hybride hars is een combinatie van Opti-Coat 2.0 keramische hars en een acrylhars voor maximale hechting en bescherming van acryl- en polycarbonaatlenzen. Bovendien bevat Optimum Opti-Lens Coating hoge niveaus UV-absorbers om verkleuring en vervaging van koplamplenzen van auto's te minimaliseren.

Optimum Opti-Lens Coating is zeer geconcentreerd en één tube is genoeg om 5-6 sets koplampen te bedekken. Eenmaal aangebracht, zal Optimum Opti-Lens Coating een permanente verbinding met het oppervlak vormen en kan alleen worden verwijderd door polijsten of verfverwijderaars.

Routebeschrijving:

1. Reinig de koplampen met een 15% IPA-oplossing om alle oliën, wassen en afdichtmiddelen te verwijderen.

2. Verwijder alle oxidatie door de koplampen te schuren en vervolgens te polijsten met Optimum Polish II of Optimum Hyper Polish.

3. Veeg de hele lens schoon met een schone, vochtige microvezeldoek om eventuele polijstresten te verwijderen.

4. Prime de applicator pad door een X-patroon over de pad te maken. Er zijn slechts een paar druppels per koplamplens nodig.

5. Veeg Optimum Opti-Lens Coating in cirkelvormige of heen-en-weergaande richting over de koplamplens.

6. Controleer binnen 5 minuten de koplamp met voldoende verlichting en kijk of er dikke plekken zijn die nog niet zijn weggeflitst.

7. Gebruik de schuimapplicator of een Optimum Multi-Surface Microfiber Towel om het overtollige product af te vegen en te verwijderen.
