Je kunt natuurlijk alleen op de plaat gaan staan (dit is al een work-out op zich) of je kunt er wat oefeningen op uitvoeren. Met een trilplaat kun je vrijwel je hele lichaam trainen. We zullen hierbij wat oefeningen noemen. Beenspieren: squatten (met één of twee benen), ga op je tenen staan (zo train je je kuiten) en bekkenlifts. Rugspieren: planken (met je handen op de grond, voeten op de plaat). Buikspieren: sit ups, fietsen en scharen. Armspieren: triceps dips en opdrukken (handen op de plaat). Aan degenen die graag hun armen willen trainen is ook gedacht. Er worden namelijk twee trainingstouwen meegeleverd. Zo kun je ook die biceps en triceps meepakken!
