The effect of tinted filters, which enable colour perception, is immediately felt by colour blind people when they try on the lenses. These new tints offer a significant increase in contrast to combat dyschromatopsia - a form of colour blindness in which only two of the three fundamental colours can be distinguished due to a lack of one of the retinal cone pigments.
Principle
Colour blind people deficient in red and green will have difficulty visually separating these two colours. The tints help to accentuate the difference contrast between them.
The green colour of the light spectrum will be attenuated, and the red will be accentuated. As a result, the contrast becomes significant, giving colour blind people a better perception.
To achieve the best possible visual compromise, four categories of tints with four tint intensities have been created, offering a choice of 16 tints. It is advisable to try these tints to choose the one best suited to the wearer.

We can produce these tints on all types of eyewear, such as prescription lenses, non-prescription lenses, clip-ons, and overglasses.
ColorX Black
Choose ColorX Black 100% anti-UV 400 for outdoor use, which will protect you from the sun with increased contrast.
The glasses are used as standard non-refractive sunglasses and are available in different sun protection categories from 1 (indoor or cloudy weather) to 3-4 (outdoor, sunny weather) and tints. Category 4 - not suitable for driving!
