5g proven creatine monohydrate, fully upfront, for everyday gym boosts.

Enhanced Flavored Creatine Monohydrate keeps it simple with a clear goal: give you the one ingredient that really works, at the dose studies actually test, without sneaky blends or flashy extras stealing the show. At its heart, it's a straight 5,000mg scoop of creatine monohydrate, the most researched performance booster in supplements and still the gold standard compared to newer types. If you're after better explosive performance, stronger lifts, more reps in your workouts, and steady help building lean muscle, this is the kind of product that proves itself with real results, not just hype.

Creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine levels in your muscles. Phosphocreatine helps quickly remake ATP, the fast fuel your muscles use for intense stuff like heavy reps, sprints, jumps, and back-to-back hard efforts. When you have more phosphocreatine, your body recharges ATP quicker during and between those bursts. In the gym, that means better power on repeats, stronger sets, and holding your output longer in a session. The 5,000mg here is no joke – it's in the proven daily range for keeping creatine levels up after loading, or just building them steadily if you skip the load phase.

What'll you feel? No energy rush. No crazy pumps. Creatine is smarter than that. At first, most notice workouts feel a bit smoother: top sets hold up better, you don't drop off as fast between reps, and repeats feel easier to nail. After 2-4 weeks of daily scoops, as muscle stores build, it gets more obvious. You may gain a small a

Enhanced Creatine by Enhanced contains 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per scoop – that's the solid daily dose to help saturate muscle creatine levels. It's what most lifters need from a straight creatine product, delivering the energy recharge benefits without extra fluff.
  • Just one active ingredient – no hidden blends, no skimpy doses, no doubts. You're getting exactly what it says: a full 5g of creatine monohydrate, not a formula watered down with trendy add-ins that miss the point.
  • Helps recharge ATP during intense efforts – creatine supports your muscles' quick energy system. That's huge for heavy lifting, sprint repeats, explosive moves, and sessions where fatigue hits hard and performance drops.
  • Backed by tons of research in sports nutrition. Creatine monohydrate isn't some new fad or fancy version; it's the tried-and-true choice for strength, power, and handling more volume in your workouts.
  • Made for daily use – the gains come from building up stores over time, not a quick hit. It's great for athletes who know the best supps work through steady habits, not instant feels.
  • Flavored powder makes it easy to stick with. Lots of folks ditch plain creatine because it's chalky and boring; a tasty scoop turns your daily 5g into something simple and enjoyable.
  • Stacks great with pre-workouts and intras. With just creatine monohydrate inside, it mixes clean with caffeine, citrulline, electrolytes, carbs, EAAs, or hydration stuff based on what you're training for.
  • Boosts strength and repeats, not just max efforts. Creatine's real edge shows in keeping your force and work output steady across sets or multiple intense rounds.

Enhanced Creatine by Enhanced contains 5000mg Creatine Monohydrate, a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters chasing progressive overload who want real logbook differences, not just stim highs. The 5,000mg creatine monohydrate helps refill phosphocreatine and keep ATP going, key for more quality reps, higher volume, and consistent output in your program.
  • Powerlifters and strength folks grinding heavy compounds and repeats at max effort. Creatine monohydrate is a go-to for bar speed, repeat pops, and session quality in that short, intense style of training.
  • Bodybuilders in growth mode wanting more volume and fuller muscles without heavy stim reliance. Daily creatine backs tougher sets, better repeats, and water retention that amps up a thicker look.
  • Team-sport players doing sprint drills, explosive work, and power sessions. Creatine fits when output hinges on quick energy recharge, helping between efforts and keeping intensity up.
  • Evening gym rats needing boosts without sleep wreckers. Stim-free and all about creatine monohydrate, so it works anytime without caffeine baggage that kills late pres.
  • Newbies starting with the most backed supp before stacking up. A clear 5g creatine monohydrate is smart to learn habits and get real perks without overwhelming ingredients.

How to Use

Grab 1 full scoop daily for 5,000mg creatine monohydrate. Best timing is whatever you won't forget, since gains come from steady buildup, not split-second precision. On gym days, pre or post works great; if that helps you stick to it, go for it. Shake 1 scoop in 8-14 oz cold water for top taste and mix. Food's up to you – with meals or solo, though some like it with eats or a shake for easier digestion. If creatine's new, ease in with half a scoop a few days, but aim for full 5g daily. Stacks smooth with pres, electrolytes, carb powders, EAAs, and protein; just check your other stuff doesn't already hit creatine unless labeled. No cycling for monohydrate. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight for fresh powder and flavor.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: easy to mix and sip, no buzz since it's pure creatine monohydrate. Minutes 10-40: no big rush or feels right away – it's not built for instant pumps or tingles on one dose. Days 1-7: saturation starts, especially if you're new to it, but changes are low-key early on. Weeks 2-4: as stores build, workouts step up, especially on repeat sets, bursts, and high-energy lifts. You might spot fuller muscles from water pull-in too. After week 4, keeping it daily keeps paying off with steady output, easier overload, and better intensity handling through your cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of Enhanced Flavored Creatine Monohydrate?

Each serving provides 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate. That is the standard daily amount most athletes use to maintain or build muscle creatine saturation for strength, power, and training-volume support.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate a clinically effective dose?

Yes. Five grams per day is the classic evidence-based daily dose used in sports nutrition practice and in a large amount of the creatine literature. It is enough to support muscle creatine saturation over time, especially when taken consistently every day.

Will I feel this product immediately like a pre-workout?

No, and that is expected. Creatine monohydrate does not work like caffeine or pump ingredients; it builds its effect through daily saturation of muscle phosphocreatine stores. Most users notice the real benefit after 2-4 weeks of consistent use.

Should I take this before or after my workout?

Either works. For a creatine-only formula, consistency matters far more than exact timing, so the best option is the one you will remember every day. Many users take it post-workout with a shake or meal simply because it fits their routine.

Do I need to load this creatine?

Loading is optional, not required. A traditional loading phase can saturate muscle stores faster, but taking 5g daily will still get you there over time with a simpler routine and often better digestive comfort.

Can I stack this with my pre-workout?

Yes. In fact, this is one of the best uses for a standalone creatine product, especially if your pre-workout has no creatine or includes less than a full 5g dose. Since this formula is stim-free and single-active, it stacks cleanly with caffeine, pump ingredients, electrolytes, and amino products.

Does this product contain caffeine or stimulants?

No active stimulants are present in the verified formula. The active ingredient is 5,000mg creatine monohydrate, so it can be used at any time of day without adding stimulant load.

Why use creatine monohydrate instead of a newer creatine form?

Because monohydrate remains the gold standard. It is the most studied creatine form by a wide margin and consistently delivers the performance benefits athletes want without needing exotic branding or inflated claims.

Are there any ingredients besides creatine?

The active formula is just creatine monohydrate at 5,000mg. Because this is a flavored powder, inactive ingredients are used for taste and mixability, including citric acid, natural flavors, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, and Red #40.

Do I need to cycle Enhanced Flavored Creatine Monohydrate?

No. Creatine monohydrate does not require cycling for the way it is typically used in sports nutrition. Daily uninterrupted use is actually the point, since performance benefits depend on maintaining muscle creatine saturation.

Quality Baking, Not Just For Meat Anymore
Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Clay, Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Clay
Since my wife is an avid sourdough baker, requesting this Dutch oven was an easy decision. From the moment I unboxed it, the first thing I noticed was the substantial weight—a testament to its high-quality cast iron core. Beyond its heft, the Dutch oven features a beautifully smooth finish on the interior and exterior that makes it look as good as it performs. My wife has already put it to the test with two loaves of sourdough. While the first loaf browned a bit too much on the bottom, the second attempt turned out absolutely perfect, proving that it just takes a little practice to dial in the heat distribution. I am confident we won’t limit this piece to just bread baking; I can already imagine a delicious chicken or pot roast in its future. If you are looking for a top-tier cooking utensil, you really can’t do much better than this. It is exceptionally well-made and expertly finished. Whether you are a dedicated baker or looking to cook up a perfectly tender roast, you will be doing yourself a favor by adding this Dutch oven to your kitchen collection.

You could pay a lot more, but why would you?
Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Linen Gray
Technically, this is a French oven, which is enameled. A Dutch oven is bare cast iron. I like these mainly for baking bread. The French oven traps the moisture coming out of the bread, and converts it to steam, which is essential for a good crust. (Search 'Jenny Can Cook no knead bread' for a recipe that is so simple and effective and forgiving that you will find it hard to believe it works, even after you've done it dozens of times.) Long ago, I got a Le Creuset just like this, for about 10 times the price. I worked like crazy to keep it looking like new, but before too long, it looked like something from Goodwill. As a test, I just made two loaves of bread, one in the Le Creuset, one in this, and I could not tell the difference. It may be that down the line, the Amazon Basics will crack, or sustain some damage to the enamel, or something like that. But I could replace it 9 times before spending as much as I spent on the Le Creuset! As far as I can tell, you're getting the same quality, without paying for the name. Why wouldn't you do that?

Very nice cast iron, enamel coated Dutch Oven! Good price too.
Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Clay, Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Clay
Very nice cast iron, enamel coated Dutch Oven! Although this is an Amazon Basics product, there isn't anything basic at all about it - heavy weight, evenly distributed enamel color, nice alignment between lid and body and dimpled under lid lining (which is normally on more expensive pots). The dimples under the lid are designed to help "self-baste" when cooking roasts, etc. The steam and liquid produced while cooking wraps around inside the lid and each of the dimples drips the liquid back into the dish evenly. I have a more expensive pot with this feature, but none of my cheaper ones have it. My first cook in the pot (small roast w/vegetables) turned out great, with minimal staining. After cooking, the cleanup was a snap with no issues getting it pristine. I do know after extended use (experience with my other pots) there may be some darkening of the interior enamel or some "seasoning stains", but that's to be expected. Overall a really nice pot for the price...should last a long time and be a trusted piece of cookware.

Has some casting/finish imperfections, but functions well...
Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Olive
I had been shopping for an enameled cast iron pot for a while when I saw this one, so I thought I'd check it out and see whether it was comparable in quality to the ones I'd looked at. The exterior of this Chinese-made Amazon Basics Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a lovely subtle green enamel, and the inside is warm cream color: I do love the color. In the particular pot I received, though there are some irregularities in the casting of the cast iron itself, though, leading to an uneven/pitted interior surface in places, which is both visually obvious and easy to feel when running one's fingers over it. There were also a couple little rust spots in the exposed bit of cast iron at the rim of the pot, easy enough to fix but something that suggests this pot was stored in a more damp/humid location. I'm picky about my cookware, so I found the uneven interior surface flaws disappointing and have a few concerns about how easy the pitted area will be to clean. That being said, the pot does heat well and evenly and performs as one would expect a cast iron Dutch oven: I made a roast and then stew in this pot, and both meals came out well. So while this cast iron covered pot doesn't match the quality of the ones I'd previously looked at, the retail price point is also lower, so this might be a good entry-level cast iron enameled pot for someone who doesn't mind a few finish imperfections.

Large capacity and great price! This is a steal!
Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Linen Gray, Size: 6.0 Qt, Color: Linen Gray
I bake a LOT of sourdough bread, and this dutch oven is a super heavy-duty cast iron with an enameled finish. It's flawless and spreads the heat evenly when baking. The clean up is easy--I just spray a touch of dish soap and use a damp washcloth to rub it clean. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. I put a touch of oil around the exposed rim to keep in seasoned and rust-free. The lid knob as well as the side handles make this easy to handle and helps distribute the weight when removing it from the oven. The included rubber rim protectors are a nice touch, and I use that on all of my cast iron when storing them away. The price on this is amazing for such a large 6-quart capacity. I find this to be a super value and would highly recommend this Dutch oven.
