Evolutionary Darwin Audio Architecture:-

Previously featured on the highly-acclaimed RS6 audio player from HiBy, the RS2 brings the evolutionary Darwin Audio Architecture to your palms. Improving over the traditional R2R ladder array technology, it brings a shot of modern functions such as linearity compensation for the R2R ladder, 256-Tap adjustable FIR filter, Harmonic controller, NOS/OS Switch, etc. It makes the RS2 a fully versatile device that you can use with different IEMs.

256-Tap Adjustable FIR Filter:-

The Darwin Architecture on the RS2 is capable of up to 16x oversampling. You can obviously switch the OS off by using the NOS/OS switch. It consists of a variety of AA filters such as Phase Linearity, High-Fidelity, etc.

NOS/OS Mode Switch:-

Darwin Architecture on the RS2 also features a NOS/OS mode switch. Users can turn the 16x oversampling off anytime by simply selecting the NOS mode.

R2R Ladder Network Linearity Compensation:-

HiBy’s Darwin Architecture comes as a blessing for the traditional R2R ladder DACs. It effectively reduces the distortion caused by the resistance mismatches in an R2R Ladder producing a natural and clean sound presentation.

Powerful Output Stage:-

HiBy has featured a current mode amplification output stage around the R2R array of the RS2. The output stage amplifies the current signal using a powerful OPA1652 OPAMP chip and the Low-Pass Filter consists of two OPA1612 chips. It offers a clean input voltage and powerful output current to the output stage for a dynamic sound performance.

8x MQA Unfolding:-

HiBy RS2 supports 8x MQA unfolding. It provides full MQA signal unfolding support bringing a true high-resolution master-quality authenticated performance for the users!!

Dual MicroSD Card Slots:-

HiBy RS2 has got two microSD card slots each supporting microSD cards up to 2TB capacity. Users can equip the RS2 with two 2TB cards and the device will read them simultaneously.

Long Battery Life:-

HiBy RS2 houses a 3500mAh large rechargeable battery. It provides an extended playback time of up to 10 hours on a single charge. It has up to 40 days of standby.
