You will receive a tested and working BIOS file for a PlayStation 5 console. This is for a digital delivery service. We can program a new BIOS for you and send it via email in the form of a .bin file ready to upload to your BIOS IC. You will need to know how to program the IC and also have the required tools necessary to perform the job yourself. If your BIOS IC itself is faulty you will need to purchase either a compatible BIOS IC to program the new .bin to, or purchase a pre-programmed BIOS IC from us.

This will allow you to repair faults such as no power or triple beep of death on the PlayStation 5 where the BIOS IC is faulty. This can also be used to convert a disc edition into a digital edition console. This is especially useful when your disc drive "Renesas" IC has failed or if you do not have the matching disc drive daughter board for your console.

Once purchased, you must get in touch with us and let us know what your serial number is, along with the console version. Both the serial and version can be found on the bottom of the console. For digital editions, or for consoles you wish to convert to digital edition the serial number is not absolutely necessary but it is recommended to send us that. The revision is absolutely required. The revision starts with "CFI-" followed by 4 digits.
