Administration: Intramuscular Or Intravenous Push Over 3 To 5 Minutes Or Intermittent Infusion Over 15 To 30 Minutes. Preparation for Administration: **Intramuscular : Using Sterile Water For Injection , lidocaine 0.5%, or 1% >> -The 500 mg Vial Reconstituted with 1.5 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection , lidocaine 0.5%, or 1%. - The 1 gm Vial Reconstituted with 3 ml Of Sterile Water For Injection , lidocaine 0.5%, or 1 %. **Intravenous : -Vial 500 mg >> Reconstitute With 5.3 ml SWFI. -Vial 1 gm >> Reconstitute With 10 ml SWFI -Vial 2 gm >> Reconstitute With 10 ml SWFI. Storage : Once Reconstituted Must Be Used Within 12 Hours If Stored At Room Temperature Or Within 3 Days If Stored Under Refrigeration.
