The prep table provides 5.7 cu. ft. of refrigerated cabinet storage with one adjustable shelf rated up to 90 lbs, allowing for convenient storage of extra ingredients. The top section includes 12 standard food-grade condiment pans for easy access to frequently used items. A full-length polyethylene cutting board offers a stable, hygienic workspace and can be removed for cleaning.
Analog temperature control maintains a precise 33–41°F range to keep ingredients fresh. Self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature make loading easy and efficient.
