Foursquare Penultimus 15 Year Single Blended Rum (750ml)

Foursquare Penultimus is the 30th release in the distillery's acclaimed Exceptional Cask Selection series and the first to incorporate Moscatel cask maturation. Produced in Barbados by Richard Seale, it is a blend of pot and column still rums aged for 15 years, with a portion spending its final five years in ex-Moscatel casks.

The nose offers aromas of dark chocolate, orange peel, dried fruit, baking spice, and roasted nuts. The palate is rich and full-bodied, revealing layers of caramel, cocoa, coffee, raisins, and tropical fruit, all framed by warming oak spice. The finish is long and complex, with lingering notes of citrus, dried fruit, and chocolate.

Bottled at 57% ABV without added sugar or coloring, Penultimus showcases the depth, power, and balance that have made Foursquare one of the world's most respected rum producers. As the penultimate release in the Exceptional Cask Selection series, it is both a milestone bottling and a remarkable expression of modern Barbadian rum.
