How to Measure
To check overall fit, measure your head in two places:

Measure around the nape of your neck, below the ears, and across the forehead—where the elastic of a traditional frill shower cap would sit.
Designed to comfortably fit head circumferences of approximately 22 inches or above. -
Crown Measurement
Measure from just below the left ear, across the crown of the head, to just below the right ear.
