This product is designed for both active and non-active rear spoiler configurations:

Active Spoiler Models: The OEM lift mechanism must be electronically disabled, and installation requires drilling the mounting points for the fixed wing.

Non-Active Models: Direct bolt-on replacement of the original fixed rear wing, no drilling required.
