Buck Feed is basically a whey protein with some Bucked Up flair, not a tricked-out recovery beast. From the label, it's got a Buck Feed Protein Complex with whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, packing 25g protein in a 32.5-33g scoop. That means it's all about getting protein in efficiently, keeping fats and carbs down, and tossing in 100mg Deer Antler Velvet Powder to stand out.

The star here is the whey protein, even if they don't break down the exact isolate-to-concentrate split. Whey is the go-to for quick digestion after workouts—it's loaded with essential amino acids and high in leucine, which kicks off muscle repair. 25g per scoop is right where you want it for recovery or just hitting your daily protein. Since isolate comes first on the label, it's probably the main one, meaning cleaner macros and faster uptake than heavy concentrate mixes.

You've got 100mg Deer Antler Velvet Powder. It's pitched for recovery and energy, drawing from old-school uses and stuff like IGF-1 growth factors. Real talk: 100mg is light, and the science on deer antler for performance isn't as strong as whey's. See it as Bucked Up's signature move, not the heavy lifter. The whey is what makes this work.

Minerals are in there modestly: 109mg calcium, 1mg iron, and 196mg potassium. Calcium is key for muscle contrac

Key Highlights

  • 25g protein per scoop — that's the powerhouse here. It lands in the sweet spot for jumpstarting muscle repair after workouts and keeping recovery on track day after day.
  • Whey isolate first, then concentrate — that setup usually means a cleaner mix with more protein punch. You get quick digestion, leaner calories, and the smooth texture concentrate brings to the table.
  • Around 32.5-33g per serving with 25g protein — solid density for a flavored whey. Most of the scoop is working for you, not wasted on fillers or extra carbs.
  • 100mg Deer Antler Velvet Powder — the Bucked Up twist that sets it apart. It's a fun add, but the protein is still doing the heavy lifting for recovery.
  • 109mg calcium per scoop — not a huge bone booster, but a nice perk from dairy protein. It helps with muscle squeezes too, which is clutch beyond just the label.
  • 196mg potassium per scoop — a decent hit for muscle and nerve vibes. Not an electrolyte bomb, but it makes the shake feel more rounded than straight protein.
  • 1mg iron per scoop — just a little nutrient boost, not a full iron fix. It adds to the overall profile without making this a mineral-focused supp.
  • No stims at all — this is pure protein for recovery and hitting macros, not a sneaky energy boost. Easy to slam morning, post-gym, or night without messing your caffeine game.

Who Is This For?

  • Gym folks short on protein from food alone. 25g whey closes the gap quick after sessions or meals, without piling on fats or carbs.
  • Bodybuilders chasing hypertrophy who want fast-digesting protein post-gym. The isolate-concentrate mix delivers aminos right when muscle building's hot.
  • Busy types hitting the gym around work who need recovery in under a minute. Perfect for when staying consistent is tougher than the workout.
  • Athletes dropping cals but guarding muscle. The clean macros help keep protein high while controlling total intake.
  • Everyday fitness peeps after simple whey—no stims, no brain boosters, no crazy labels. This keeps protein the main gig.
  • Bucked Up fans wanting protein with the brand's deer antler stamp. 100mg gives it that signature without overshadowing the whey.

How to Use

Scoop one into 8-12 oz cold water, shake it up, and down it after workouts or for a protein boost anytime. Go with milk for creamier feel and extra cals if that's your thing. No need for perfect timing—it's about protein, not a quick performance pop. Post-gym is prime, but between meals works if that's your gap. Dairy-sensitive? Test a half scoop first to check for bloat from the concentrate. Stack with creatine, electrolytes, or carbs based on what you need. No cycling; daily is fine since protein thrives on steady use. Keep it sealed cool and dry for best taste and mix.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you taste it, feel the texture, and see how it settles. No stim kick since it's whey protein—just a quick shake to kick off recovery. 10-40 minutes: aminos start flowing, doing the repair work you won't 'feel' like a caffeine hit. Hours after: it bridges to your next meal smooth. Day 1-7: it's about the habit—no more skipped post-gym protein, steadier intake. Weeks 2-4: that stacks into better recovery, muscle hold, and training stick-to-it. The win is in diet reliability, not some wild rush from the 100mg deer antler.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much protein does Buck Feed provide per serving?

Buck Feed provides 25g of protein per 1-scoop serving. That puts it in the effective range most lifters use post-workout or between meals to support recovery and help hit daily protein targets.

What type of protein is in Buck Feed?

The formula uses a Buck Feed Protein Complex made from whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Isolate is listed before concentrate, which suggests the blend is likely weighted toward the leaner, faster-digesting protein source.

Is Buck Feed a meal replacement?

Not really. It is best used as a protein supplement, not a full meal replacement, because the formula is built around protein delivery rather than balanced meal macros with fiber, meaningful fats, and a broad micronutrient profile.

What does the 100mg Deer Antler Velvet actually do?

Deer Antler Velvet is included as Bucked Up’s signature differentiator and is often marketed around recovery, vitality, and traditional wellness use. The honest take is that at 100mg, it is not the primary reason to buy this product—the 25g whey protein is.

When should I take Buck Feed for best results?

The simplest and most effective time is after training, when a quick protein feeding is convenient. It also works well between meals or any time you know your normal diet will leave you short on protein.

Does Buck Feed contain stimulants or caffeine?

No stimulants or caffeine are indicated in the available formula data. This is a protein product, so it can be used any time of day without the timing restrictions that come with caffeinated pre-workouts.

Can I stack Buck Feed with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the best ways to upgrade the formula for performance support. Creatine monohydrate complements whey well because whey covers amino acid delivery while creatine supports phosphocreatine replenishment and high-intensity output.

Is this product good for cutting?

Yes, it can fit very well into a cutting phase because the available data suggests a lean macro profile with 25g protein in about 120 calories. That makes it useful when protein needs stay high but calories need to stay controlled.

Does Buck Feed contain dairy?

Yes. The protein complex is made from whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, both of which are dairy-derived.

Is Buck Feed fully transparent?

Partially. We have verified certain actives and ingredients, and Deer Antler Velvet is clearly disclosed at 100mg, but a complete directly sourced label panel was not available in the provided data set, so some formula details remain less transparent than ideal.

So far, loving this! I have super sensitive skin and it's causing no issues!
This serum is really nice and easy to apply! It’s on the thin side, so I like to tilt my head upwards and gently release a drop or 2 at a time onto my face. Rub it in from there. If you drop this into your hand to apply first, you’ll be wasting a lot of product, so don’t go that route. I do have some sun spots I’m looking to tackle, so hopefully this will help with those! I also live in a city with high levels of pollution, so I can use all the antioxidants I can get! I'm excited to see if this helps with some sun damage and spots that I've accumulated over the years.

Absorbs quickly
I like this ampoule. It has a nice gel-like viscosity and absorbs quickly into my skin and has not caused any irritation. I like that it has no smell. Since I have been using it, I have noticed a general lightening of the dark spots on my cheeks. I have noticed that my skin tone looks brighter since I have started using this. I will continue to use this ampoule in hopes of seeing even more improvement. Overall, I am very happy with this ampoule and think it does a good job of evening out my skin tone and lightening dark spots I have on my face making my skin look brighter, in general.

Does nothing for my skin
I have been using this for a little over a month and this has done nothing for my skin. For the price, I'm disappointed, I expected to see at least some little results after 1 month but nothing for me. I will not purchase again.

Its fine... but didnt really work for me.
No negative side effects, but I just didn't find it to lighten the areas I was hoping for. ** Hi a little about me and my reviews. I regularly review skin care products and have a base line for my reviewing process. Firstly I have very dry, sensitive and aging skin. I prefer oil based products, and I prefer something with a natural scent like lavender, rose, rosemary. I try to keep my reviews concise but I wanted to share my star ratings as I see them. 5 Stars - Would use every day. Great product, does great things! 4 Stars- Great Product but not for everyday use, 2-3 days per week or spa day special. 3 Stars- Not great, not awful, just ok. 2 Stars- Not good, but not injurious 1 Star- Terrible, burns, or unsafe product

Finally a razor for women that's gentle where it matters and powerful where it counts.
I could tell right away that this razor was designed with women in mind. It petite enough to fit in curves, but not so small that you spend all day grooming. Bonus feature - unlike some razors you can charge it with or without the stand. For someone on the go, having a rechargeable razor that's compact for travel and uses the same cord as my phone is a HUGE win. Other things I liked: it has a nice touch to it and it balances well in my hand. It's easy to hold and maneuver. You can use it both as a trimmer for quick shaping and for a close shave. A note on this: Any shaver will pull hairs if you use it incorrectly. Start with the straight trimmer for longer hairs. Watch your angle and adjust as needed. Do an internet search for videos to help. Use the guards if your hair is especially long. Only switch to the round shaver with really short hair or stubble. I had zero issues with pulled hairs. It truly is painless as advertised. The shave quality was close and baby smooth with zero skin irritation. It functions exactly as advertised and the battery life was excellent. Truth be told, it's winter so it's been a while since I last shaved my legs. I needed the extended time. Having both a trimmer and razor in one tool is fantastic value and time saver. Clean up was simple. I'm happy to finally have a women's razor that works as it should.
