Solid high-iron multi with methylated B-vitamins and full transparency.

Bucked Up Multivitamin is a straight-up capsule multi with full disclosure. No trendy stuff. It focuses on key nutrients active people need daily. Think energy, oxygen flow, thyroid, bones, immunity, and minerals. All with real doses and no hidden blends.

Vitamin A hits 5,000 IU as beta carotene. That's a safe form for vision, skin health, and immunity. No preformed retinol here. Vitamin C is 100 mg as ascorbic acid. It boosts antioxidants and helps your body grab the iron better by keeping it in an easy-to-absorb state. Vitamin D3 is 2,000 IU as cholecalciferol. Solid for calcium uptake, strong bones, and immune support. Vitamin E is 30 IU as d-alpha tocopherol. The natural kind for protecting against oxidation in fats.

The B-vitamins are a highlight. Thiamine at 15 mg and riboflavin at 20 mg go way beyond basics. They help turn carbs into energy. Vitamin B6 is 10 mg as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. That's the active form – better than plain pyridoxine HCl. Folate is 200 mcg as calcium 5-methyltetrahydrofolate. The methylated version skips conversion steps. Vitamin B12 is 250 mcg as methylcobalamin. Key for red blood cells, methylation, and nerves. Pantothenic acid at 50 mg and biotin at 300 mcg support energy, fats, and healthy skin, hair, nails.

Minerals make this stand out. Magnesium is 200 mg as magnesium amino

Key Highlights

  • 65 mg Iron as Ferrous Fumarate – way more than the tiny amounts in most multis. This helps with blood oxygen, fighting fatigue, especially if you need real iron support.
  • 100 mg Vitamin C with the iron – smart move for better absorption. It keeps non-heme iron in a form your body grabs easier.
  • 2,000 IU Vitamin D3 – good everyday amount for bones, calcium, and immunity. D3 beats D2 for keeping levels up.
  • Magnesium 200 mg as AAC – solid dose in a multi, and the chelate form is easy on you. Magnesium helps muscles, blood sugar, nerves, and activates vitamin D.
  • Folate as 5-MTHF – uses calcium 5-methyltetrahydrofolate instead of basic folic acid. Better for folks wanting ready-to-use folate.
  • Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin at 250 mcg – not cheap or skimpy. Supports red blood cells, methylation, nerves – big for low-meat diets.
  • Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate – the active form over basic stuff. Smart pick for real energy and function.
  • Iodine 150 mcg + Selenium 35 mcg – great combo. Iodine builds thyroid hormones. Selenium helps turn T4 into active T3.

Who Is This For?

  • Women with monthly iron needs – 65 mg ferrous fumarate plus 100 mg vitamin C beats token-iron multis.
  • Active folks training 3-5 days – B's, magnesium, zinc, iron support energy, oxygen, minerals for real performance basics.
  • Plant eaters or low-meat – 250 mcg methylcobalamin and high iron cover B12, iron, zinc better than basic multis.
  • Fans of methylated forms – 5-MTHF folate and methylcobalamin B12 for ready-to-use nutrition.
  • Busy pros and parents with spotty meals – covers basics without herb overload.
  • Thyroid-focused adults – 150 mcg iodine, 35 mcg selenium, 15 mg zinc, 1 mg copper for hormone support.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules daily with food and water. Meals help with the 65 mg iron – avoids stomach issues if you're sensitive. Space from coffee, tea, calcium, or magnesium supps – they mess with iron. If on thyroid meds, wait hours apart – iron, calcium, magnesium can block them. No cycling needed. Stack with creatine, protein, omegas, K2 as you like. Store cool and dry, lid tight – minerals pull moisture. New to high-iron? Start with 1 cap a few days to test.

What to Expect

Day 1, it's nutrition – no stim kick or crash. First days, check tolerance. Iron-sensitive? Take with food to ease stomach. Week 1, it backs up nutrients, especially if your diet skips stuff. Weeks 2-4, low-iron or low-magnesium folks feel steadier. Iron, C, B12, folate build over time. Consistency counts more than quick hits.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much iron is in Bucked Up Multivitamin?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 65 mg of iron as ferrous fumarate. That is a high-strength amount for a multivitamin and is one of the defining features of the formula, making it more targeted than standard low-iron multis.

Is this a good multivitamin for women who need iron support?

It can be a strong fit for women who specifically benefit from iron-containing formulas because it combines 65 mg iron with 100 mg vitamin C, plus folate, B12, and B6 for broader red blood cell support. It is much more purposeful for this use case than generic multis with token iron.

Does Bucked Up Multivitamin use methylated B-vitamins?

Yes. Folate is provided as calcium 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin. Vitamin B6 is also included as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active coenzyme form.

When should I take this multivitamin?

Take 2 capsules daily with food. Because it contains 65 mg of iron, taking it with a meal is the most practical strategy for reducing stomach irritation in sensitive users.

Can I take this with coffee or tea?

You can, but not at the exact same time if iron absorption is a priority. Coffee and tea can reduce iron absorption, so spacing them away from your multivitamin is a smarter approach.

Does this multivitamin contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. This is a stim-free capsule multivitamin with no caffeine and no stimulant blend. Its benefits come from daily nutrient coverage, not acute energy effects.

What makes the mineral profile better than a basic drugstore multi?

Several minerals are provided as amino acid chelates, including magnesium, calcium, zinc, copper, and iodine, and selenium is provided as L-selenomethionine. Those are stronger form choices than the cheapest mineral salts commonly used in low-end multis.

Should men use this formula?

Some men can, but the 65 mg iron dose means it is not automatically ideal for all men. If you do not need supplemental iron, a lower-iron or iron-free multivitamin is usually the more appropriate choice.

Can I stack this with magnesium or calcium?

Yes, but be strategic with timing. Because calcium and magnesium can compete with iron absorption, taking large separate mineral doses at a different time of day is often a better setup.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. There is no proprietary blend in this product. Every active vitamin and mineral is listed with its exact dose on the label.

Love it .. it's as delicious on the skin as salmon is to eat .. feels like a healthy fat for your skin ! Pleasantly surprised Blind buy , incredible product for the price , very quality .. goes on greasy initially like an oil ( In a good way ! ) .. but absorbs fast feels light , like a light watery grease , so much fun to apply , feels so good youll want to bathe in it .. I find myself applying to elbows and hands .. my skin Does have a hydrated glow throughout the day but stays light ,, doesn't get heavy, doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything .. works better as a primer too light to really be a moisturizer

not medical‑grade PDRN
it is not medical‑grade PDRN, the brand is small and new, and the product is more hydrating/firming than the dramatic “skin repair” claims suggest. It is not dangerous, but it is also not the miracle it markets itself to be. bHydrates deeply, , Makes skin look plumper and bouncier, • Helps dryness and dullness, Gives a temporary “glass skin” glow

Glow & texture focus
Really good serum! Helps calm redness and dryness, especially after microneedling. Lightweight, non-sticky, and absorbs fast. My skin feels softer and more balanced since I started using it. Worth trying if you want soothing and healing-focused skincare.

Pleasantly surprised
I’m two jars in and love it. I do use Botox, retinol, a good face wash, wash moisturize twice daily, etc etc. I struggle with moisturizer because I’m prone to breakouts. Idk what it is about this one but my skin loves it. It feels refreshed and soft. Added bonus, my eyebrows and lashes have gotten longer and darker quick! Obviously we all respond differently to products but I’ll be keeping this in my rotation

A thick and rich cream that smooths on nicely!
So I jumped on the Korean skincare bandwagon and decided to purchase some of the DR MELAXIN Products to try! I read many good reviews and decided it was worth the money. This first product is the Dr Melaxin Calcium cemenrete calcium volume cream. It comes in a 1.76 ounce glass jar. On the label there is a lot of word descriptions so I will add a few: Ex volume firming, rebornic 10,000 ppm hydrolyzed elastin and collagen extract. I have photographed label for viewing. The directions indicate to "apply a small amount of cream onto your face especially around the under-eye area". I found the cream thick and rich and I used it in addition to another Dr Melaxin neck and face product so I concentrated on only neck and under eye area. It is neutral in scent and is very thick so it feels like it is absorbing nicely. I have been using it for about a month now and have definitely noticed some improvement in the neck area so i will continue to use and layer with other products. I do recommend this line as the ingredients seem effective so far!
