The KX5 was released in 1984. It is a 37 note keyboard MIDI controller. It features a ribbon pitch and mod effects. There's also unison, sustain, and portamento buttons. further more, with 2 switchable MIDI channels you can control 2 synths on the fly. Add some fun to your home set up or rock out on stage!

Please note, this unit is a MIDI controller. It does not have any of its own sounds and was made to be used in conjunction with a synthesiser, be it hardware, or software. 

Condition:

• This is a used unit. 
  
  
• This KX5 shows some obvious general wear from use and age like some marks nicks and scratches. The original lettering is gone as this was a black KX5 that has been painted silver. A previous owner has re-labelled most of it. There are some sections where the silver paint is missing / has come off. Please see all photos for further details. 
  
  
•  This unit has been thoroughly tested. It has no faults to note.
  
  
• This KX5 powers on with 6 x AA batteries. These batteries are not included in the sale. (Please note, the MIDI input has a switch so it will not turn on unless both the batteries and MIDI cable are plugged in). 
  
  
• The MIDI cable in the photos is for demonstration purposes, to show the unit powers on. It is not included in the sale.
  
  
• This unit ships in its orignal case. 
  
  
• This sale is for the KX5 and case pictured only. Nothing else is included.
