Cold-extracted to preserve its purity and aromatic complexity, the oil shows a bright green-gold hue. Aromas of green olive, artichoke, tomato leaf, and wild herbs rise from the glass, layered with subtle almond nuances. On the palate, it is vibrant and structured, with a medium to medium-intense fruit profile, refined bitterness, and a persistent peppery finish.
The blend is composed of 50% Frantoio, 20% Olivastra, 20% Leccino, and 10% Moraiolo. Frantoio provides aromatic lift and structure, Olivastra contributes depth and rustic character, Leccino adds softness and roundness, while Moraiolo delivers grip and a distinctive peppery edge.
