Propulsion System

The heart of the HKM‑453267 is a high‑torque 2000W brushless rear hub motor, delivering instant acceleration and sustained climbing power. Whether you’re merging into city traffic or grinding up a rocky incline, the motor’s responsiveness keeps you in command.

2000W Peak Output

Sustained power for steep grades up to 25°, carrying loads without hesitation.

31 mph (50 km/h)

Electronically governed top speed, switchable between Class 2/3 modes where regulations permit.

The rear‑hub configuration reduces drivetrain wear and delivers a direct, quiet thrust. Cadence‑sensing pedal assist and a thumb throttle offer two distinct riding styles: glide with minimal effort or engage full electric mode for effortless cruising.

Long‑Range Battery

A fully integrated 48V 20Ah lithium‑ion pack uses high‑density cells for a real‑world range of 19 – 37 miles (31 – 60 km) on a single charge, depending on assist level, terrain, and payload. The removable, lockable design lets you charge on or off the bike.

960 Wh Capacity

48V × 20Ah provides ample energy for extended adventures without range anxiety.

6‑8 Hr Recharge

Standard 2A charger refuels overnight; optional 4A fast charger cuts time in half.

BMS Protected

Overcharge, over‑discharge, and temperature safeguards ensure longevity.

21‑Speed Transmission

The 21‑speed gear system, with a reliable rear derailleur and thumb shifter, lets you fine‑tune your cadence for any gradient. Combined with 5 levels of pedal assist, you have 105 possible effort combinations — from fully electric to a serious workout.

Wide Gear Range
From low granny gears for climbs to tall gears for speed on pavement.
Smooth Shifting
Indexed shifter ensures crisp, accurate gear changes even under load.

26″ × 4.0″ All‑Terrain Tires

Fat 4‑inch wide tires run at lower pressure (5‑20 PSI), acting as natural suspension while delivering a massive contact patch for loose gravel, sand, snow, and mud. The aggressive tread pattern bites into soft surfaces while remaining quiet on pavement.

Float Over Obstacles

The oversized volume absorbs roots, curbs, and potholes without jarring the rider.

Superior Traction

Knobby tread and reinforced sidewalls resist punctures and improve cornering grip.

Reliable Disc Brakes

Front and rear mechanical disc brakes with 180mm rotors deliver consistent stopping power in wet, dusty, or muddy conditions. The large rotor diameter improves heat dissipation and reduces hand fatigue on long descents.

180mm rotors – more leverage, less fade
All‑weather pads for confident stops

Intelligent LCD Display

A backlit, centrally mounted LCD keeps essential metrics in view: real‑time speed, battery level (5‑bar indicator), odometer, trip distance, assist level, and headlight status. The interface is intuitive, even in direct sunlight.

Water‑resistant IP65 rating and ergonomic button pod allow mode changes without removing hands from the grips.

Aluminum Alloy Frame & 330 lb Load

The 6061 aluminum frame balances strength and weight, resisting corrosion while keeping the bike nimble. With a payload capacity of 330 lbs (150 kg), it accommodates riders and cargo alike — ideal for grocery runs or bikepacking setups.

Rider + Cargo

Integrated rear rack mounts and ample frame triangle for bags.

Lightweight Rigidity

Hydroformed tubes and smooth welds enhance durability without excess weight.

Frequently Asked Questions

On throttle‑only mode with minimal pedaling, expect approximately 19 – 25 miles (31 – 40 km). Range varies with terrain, rider weight, and tire pressure. Using lower assist levels significantly extends distance.
The mechanical gears operate independently from the electric assist. You can shift exactly as you would on a traditional bicycle to maintain a comfortable cadence. The motor’s torque is applied at the rear hub, meaning you can use any gear combination without affecting motor performance.
Yes. The 48V battery pack slides out of the downtube with a key lock. You can charge it on or off the bike. The lock secures the battery to the frame when parked.
The 4.0″ tires excel on sand, snow, mud, loose gravel, and rocky trails. Lowering pressure to 8–12 PSI maximizes footprint and flotation. On pavement, inflate to 15–20 PSI for lower rolling resistance.
The HKM‑453267 can be configured via the display settings. It ships in a mode compliant with common regulations (20 mph throttle / 28 mph pedal assist in the US). Always check local laws before riding.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
