The stamp will go on sale nationwide September 9, 2015. The Neon Celebrate! stamp, first issued in 2011, will be reissued in 2015. Neon Celebrate helps postal patrons acknowledge a host of happy occasions.
On September 9, 2015, in Kansas City, MO, the U.S. Postal Service will reissue the Neon Celebrate! special stamp (Forever First-Class Mail priced at 49 cents) in one design, in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) pane of 20 stamps (Item 586200).
The stamp will go on sale nationwide September 9, 2015.
The Neon Celebrate! stamp, first issued in 2011, will be reissued in 2015. Neon Celebrate helps postal patrons acknowledge a host of happy occasions. The first stamp art to be made with neon, Neon Celebrate! depicts the word Celebrate in a design reminiscent of a fireworks display. Brilliantly colored images of swirls, circles, and dashes seem to erupt from the ground to illuminate the darkness. The words Forever/USA appear at the bottom of the stamp. Working with art director Phil Jordan, neon artist Michael Flechtner created the stamp art.

Great moisturizer

This cream is a great alternative to the more expensive name brand creams. I have ordered this a few times and I feel like it does a wonderful job keeping my skin feeling soft, nourished and moisturized until the next time I shower.
I do not feel as though my skin is greasy or oily after using this product. The cream does not feel thick or heavy on my skin. I am able to put a pair of pants on comfortably after using cream without feeling sticky.
The cocoa butter scent is light and not over powering. There are parts of my body that I have to avoid with the cream because I do have eczema, but this is something I have grown up with and I am used to.
I have purchased the cream twice, and unfortunately, the second time I bought it the pump top came a little bit destroyed (shown in photo). The product is still fully functional and will not determine from buying this again in the future!

Great value. Lotion is non greasy - fast absorbing and will last thru handwashing, leaves skin revitalized and soft. The smell is not as pleasant as I would like and the bottle's size makes pumping difficult. But all in all it was a good buy and worth the cons.

High Quality Cocoa Butter Lotion

This feels amazing on the skin, and works for every skin type. The application is very simple, and it lasts a long time ! The fragrance is sooo nice, and is almost exactly the same as the Vaseline version (as advertised on the bottle!).
