This makes it the perfect accessory for difficult vehicle recovery and other straight-pull towing applications. The shank also measures 2" x 2", allowing this trailer hitch mount to be compatible with larger pickup trucks and any class 4 or class 5 trailer hitch with a 2" x 2" receiver tube. It offers a perfect fit for all CURT Xtra Duty class 5 hitches (5/8" hitch pin & clip sold separately). The D-ring shackle mount features a threaded pin for easy attachment of the shackle, and it is compatible with the CURT vehicle recovery strap #83066. LOVE THIS PRODUCT, would’ve gotten 5 stars but i threw it for my dog and it split in half on contact with the floor. It had lasted us well over 5 months, it’s not his favorite toy but he’ll pick it sometimes, i wouldn’t say it’s unsafe in half just don’t give the smaller parts!
