What does an anti-sway bar do? - An anti-sway bar is designed to reduce body roll. It helps keep your Jeep level during cornering by transferring the pressure exerted on the outboard wheels and applying opposite pressure on the inboard wheels. In this way, weight is more evenly applied to all four wheels, helping the vehicle stay more level with the road.
Why would I want an anti-sway bar on my vehicle? - Odds are that you already have an anti-sway bar on the front of your car or truck. In some cases this is sufficient, but often it can be improved upon. A greater diameter bar will give you more resistance to body roll. Adding a rear bar will make an even greater improvement. By keeping the vehicle more level in a turn, you will have significantly more control, giving you better handling. A good combination of front and rear bars can also keep your heavily loaded truck more stable on the open road. In the case of your lifted Jeep, this is even more important as your center of gravity is elevated, making the swaying feeling even more exageratted.
Any time you alter a vehicle's ride height you change its center of gravity, and a good suggestion to compensate for the handling change, is to upgrade the anti-sway bars. As a general rule, any time you add an anti-sway bar or upgrade an existing bar you will receive a noticeable improvement in the way your vehicle handles.
Are there any adverse effects? - No. An outstanding feature of anti-sway bars is that they have virtually no adverse effects when the bar is properly designed for the vehicle.

Leveling blocks

I used these on my first RV camping trip. I was on a not very level site and these worked well to level my camper. They worked so well I ordered another set. The handle is great at keeping the blocks together.

Bought these at the start of our camping season. I really prefer these to the ones you drive up on that are like a ramp. Besides leaving out under your wheels they can be used for your stabilizer feet as well or your hitch. Quality is great I have not had one crack, I was worried these would be too big to pull my tires over easily but that wasn’t a problem at all. The size allows you to group them together like legos to do what you need to get level. They come in a bundle with a handle that secures them all together in a nice lightweight block that’s easy to store. I actually bought a second set for my fifth wheel after buying the first set. I got them both on sale and am very very happy with them.

Great alternative to wood blocks

So I’ve used wood over the years to level out my Class A RV’s and even with the wood sealed, there is always one side that takes a beating. I figured I would try these Camco rectangular leveling blocks and was very surprised at their strength. I’ve only used them twice, but both times the RV rolled right up with no issues. The RV sitting on those blocks in the picture is a 40’ Tiffin diesel pusher. My only issue is the dual wheel base for this big RV, is too wide to use the blocks perpendicular to the wheels, so I had to use 3 blocks parallel (see pics) for each wheel, which required me to purchase two sets. Most sites I setup up at fairly level, but this just provides that little extra height if needed.
